Instructions for using the test demo:

Page 1  ....

        Enter data in the following fields:

            Company name   --- enter your name

            Company Address   -- enter any address

            Telephone --- use the format  444 444-4444

            Select the 'Type or Utility'

            Enter a number for the 'ASSESSABLE REVENUE'  --- 100,000,000

                The application will compute the 'assessment' and the 'amount due'

            Enter the Payment amount  ....

            Click the 'Make Payment' button

            If you forget anything or type something wrong you will get an error message (that's okay ... correct the error and continue)

    Page 2 ....

            Enter the 'Bank Routing Number' and the 'Bank Account Number'

            Any numbers will work as the 'Payment engine' is bypassed for this demo ....
